Day 1: DEPARTURE CITY - PARIS

Overnight flight to Paris.
 

Day 2: PARIS

Transfer to your centrally located hotel. After a short break We start with a guided tour of Paris. See: the Eiffel Tower, Old Opera, Place de la Concorde, Place de la Republique, the Obelisk, Notre Dame Cathedral (inside visit), Champs Elysees, Ecole Militaire, Tuileries Gardens, Opera, and more. Join your tour director on a walking tour to Basilica Sacre Coeur and through the narrow streets of Montmartre, full of young artists, souvenir shops and Parisian crepe food outlets. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 3: PARIS - VERSAILLES - PARIS

After breakfast we will take a short ride to Versailles to visit the lavish palace of Louis the XIV, the Sun King. Visit the Royal Cambers, Hall of the Mirrors, Drawing Rooms, Royal Chapel and other rooms. After visiting the castle spend some time in the village of Versailles. In the afternoon return to Paris and walk to Pont Alma where you will board the Bateaux Mouches for an exciting cruise on the Seine River. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 4: PARIS - BREST

After breakfast we transfer to the train station where we will board a speedy train to Brittany and the town of Brest. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and after a short break enjoy a walking tour along the port. Experiencing the Breton language will be a great introduction to Brittany.  Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 5: BREST

After breakfast we explore the town of Brest, a former military harbour badly damaged during World War II; the collection of Diormas, the Castle and the Tour Tonguay. In the afternoon we visit Oceanopolis, a spectacular multilevel aquarium and marine theme park. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 6: BREST - GUINGAMP - ST. BRIEUC - ST. MALO

After breakfast we will drive through Brittany. Travel through the Parque Natural d' Armorique to reach Guingamp. Experience this older medieval town, its 15th century castle and the famous Basilica Notre Dame de Bon Secours. Then to St. Brieuc the capital of Cote d'  Armour. End the day in St. Malo. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 7: ST. MALO - MT. SAINT MICHEL - ST. MALO

Breakfast.  This morning we travel along the coast to visit Mont Saint Michelle, one of Frances greatest tourist attractions with its narrow streets dominated by the Abbey (entrance fee included). In the afternoon return to St. Malo to the famous pirates den and the great walled town.  Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 8: ST. MALO - LOIRE VALLEY CASTLES - PARIS

After breakfast we departure Brittany to ride along the French country side to reach Loire Valley known as the Valley of the Castles. First you will visit Chenonceau Castle, the most beautiful castle in the Valley. Then proceed to the beautiful town of Ambois. This is where Leonardo da Vinci arrived as the elderly man and created his famous painting Mona Lisa. Then to Chambord, the largest renaissance castle in the Valley. Late in the afternoon departure to Paris. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.
 

Day 9: PARIS

After breakfast we will walk to the Louvre where we will have a guided tour led by the professional guide from the museum. Explore the tremendous collection of sculptures and paintings, including the Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci, the Venus de Milo, and the Winged Victory of Samothrace. Then walk along the Seine River to Champ de Mars where you will use the elevator to bring you to the highest point of Eiffel Tower with a magnificent view over the city. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel.
 

Day 10: DEPARTURE

Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
