Day 2

Venice Guided Tour

Visit St. Mark's square, the Basilica and its Byzantine heritage and the Doge's Palace. Then, leave the square and crowds behind to discover the "real Venice ", enter a labyrinth of narrow passageways and alleys where an enchanting city of canals punctuated by delicate bridges awaits you.

 

Day 3

Treviso Guided Tour

Behind the heavy gates of villas and palaces, under the porticos and in the gardens, here there is a sense of distinction and refinement of Treviso.

 

 

Day 4

Transfer to Lake Garda 3 nights. Rest of the day at leisure

Lake Garda offers the visitor a splendid natural scenery, full of colours, surrounded by the Dolomites of Brenta in the north and the gentle slopes of the morainic hills in the south.

Morning: Verona Guided Tour.

The second city of art in the region, Verona displays its artistic, cultural, and natural treasures with pride. Its palaces, bridges, churches, and squares accompany the visitor in an amazing journey.

Afternoon: At Leisure. Verona offers a lot to see and do.

 

Day 6

Sirmione Tour

Guided Tour of historic centre and Castle. Sirmione is the best known resort on the Lake and is located at the far end of a long, narrow peninsula. The entrance to the centre is dominated by the castle.

 

 

Day 7

Malcesine Castle Tour

Malcesine is a town with two faces: one historical, with the Della Scala castle, palaces and small churches; the other naturalistic, wonderfully represented by the enchanting landscape of Mount Baldo with its numberless flower species that earned it the title of "Garden of Europe".

 

Day 8

Transfer to Lake Como, 3 nights. Rest of the day at leisure

Walking along the narrow streets of the Medieval town you can reach Porta Torre and its walls. Promenade along the lake to Villa Olmo (once summer residence of the Visconti Family) to admire the neoclassic villas on the lake shore and Volta Museum.

 

Day 9

Como to Bellagio Boat Tour

During the cruise the guide will show you the most interesting spots and Villas. Between Como and Bellagio, we will find Villa Pliniana, Villa Erba, Villa D’Este, Villa Pizzo, Villa Fontanelle, Villa Rosa, Villa Passalacqua and Villa Hocevar. We stop for lunch in Bellagio, the "Pearl of Lake Como".

 

Day 10

Lake Lugano Tour

Since as early as the Middle Ages, Lugano has been the hub of a thriving traffic of goods and, particularly, it has been the home of one of the most popular cattle fairs in Europe, an event, which has given Lugano celebrity and prosperity.

 

Day 11

Transfer to Lake Maggiore, 3 nights

Rest of the day at leisure to explore Lake Maggiore independently. Isola Bella and Isola Grande are popular lake destinations. They are easily reached  from Stresa by a short boat ride.

 

 

Day 12

Rocca Borromeo Tour

The Castle or Rocca Borromeo of Angera, an unusual example of a completely preserved medieval fortified building, rises on a spur of calcareous rock that dominates the southern part of Lake Maggiore. The Castle houses 2 museums that bear important witness to local history.

 

Day 13

Lake Tour

Today we travel along the shores of Lake Maggiore. A mountain sequence encloses the lake basin; dominating this landscape is the huge Alpine chain of Monte Rosa: only 50km as the crow flies separate Lake Maggiore's waters from these mountaintops, that reach over 4000 metres in height.
