The old portion of the
city is located on Ortygia Island, separated by a canal
from the mainland. The city is a tourist center, a

Catania is surrounded by a variety
of landscapes: to the south lies the most fertile area
of the province used predominantly to grow vines. It

The town is mainly
famous for its Roman mosaics in the
Villa Romana del Casale.

Agrigento Guided Tour
Agrigento is situated on Sicily's
southern coast, and the town's Valley of the Temples (Valle
dei Templi) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one
of the greatest legacies of ancient Greece. This parade
of well-preserved Doric temples, just outside town,
dates back to the fifth century BC. |

Cantina dell'Ulmo at Sambuca di Sicilia
Because of its
particularly delightful setting and with
its 16th century farmhouse, Ulmo is the
most popular winery for guided visits
